Chronic dry eye treatment costs creating financial hardship? Many people managing this condition face challenges affording Restasis without adequate insurance support.

At The Rx Advocates, we connect patients to manufacturer patient assistance programs delivering substantial prescription savings. Through PAPs, eligible patients pay a low, fixed monthly fee. We handle the entire process so you can stay on treatment without financial stress.

What is the Restasis Patient Assistance Program?

Pharmaceutical manufacturers operate Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) to help eligible patients access medications they otherwise couldn’t afford. Restasis’s program ensures ongoing dry eye medication access without depending on temporary coupons.

The Rx Advocates are a reputable nationwide advocacy service helping individuals apply for assistance programs provided by over 100 US-based pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our mission enables people to afford medications. We offer over 800 FDA-approved prescription medications, including the top 100 prescribed by doctors. We handle application completion, prescriber coordination, and manufacturer submission.

Typical requirements to qualify include:

  • Individuals qualify if they earn up to $40,000 annually
  • Couples qualify if they earn up to $60,000 annually
  • Larger families qualify if they earn up to $100,000 annually
  • U.S. residency and a valid prescription

Why PAPs Are Better Than Coupons

While Restasis coupons help patients save money on medication costs, several disadvantages exist when using them. Patient assistance programs offer superior long-term solutions.

Disadvantages of coupons

  • Restrictions: Often available for limited time only or valid for certain refill numbers, requiring constant coupon searches
  • Copay Accumulators: May not provide the best possible medication price; pharmacy discount programs sometimes offer better deals
  • Expiration Dates: Patients pay full price once current coupons expire
  • Limited Coverage: Not all pharmacies accept coupons, particularly problematic for rural patients or those with limited pharmacy access

Advantages of PAP through The Rx Advocates

  • Fixed Monthly Cost: Set service fees based on medication count
  • No Expiration: Continuous program access without coupon replacement needs
  • Direct From Manufacturer: Medication supplied reliably from the pharmaceutical source
  • Broad Support: Access extends to over 800 FDA-approved prescription medications

Important details about Restasis costs and patient assistance programs.

With The Rx Advocates, patients pay a fixed monthly service fee, which depends on the number of medications covered.

  • Location: Patient’s geographic area affects pricing
  • Pharmacy: Pharmacy location influences costs
  • Insurance Coverage: Health insurance presence significantly impacts expenses

Annual income must not exceed $40,000 for individual households, $60,000 for couples, or $100,000 for large families. Get in touch so we can assess your circumstances.

We assist with application processes, program navigation, and enrollment maintenance. We work directly with your healthcare provider and pharmacy to reduce medication costs. This may include exploring treatment options or finding alternatives that are more affordable.
