At The Rx Advocates, our mission is to help patients receive their monthly prescription medication at an affordable price, without the added stress of cost concerns. While some patients will opt for using a Victoza coupon, savings cards, or other discounts, these options may not provide enough savings. Instead, we offer access to patient assistance programs that provide more substantial savings. Accessing the Victoza Patient Assistance Program

The Rx Advocates offers people help with obtaining their prescription medication at an affordable monthly price through patient assistance programs. We are a worldwide renowned prescription advocacy program. We currently work with more than 100 United States pharmaceutical manufacturers’ patient assistance programs. The medications on our list include the top 100 prescribed medications and we assist people in receiving more than 800 FDA-approved prescription medications.

People who contact us and agree to our services will never have any hidden service fees or extra charges for our services. Our patients pay a set service fee of $80-$110 per month. The exact amount they pay each month is dependent on the number of medications that we assist them with receiving. There are never any additional charges for medications, which are provided free of charge every month.

The Rx Advocates is not a coupon, insurance plan, or prescription discount card. We help people with obtaining their prescription medication at an affordable monthly price so they can be mentally and physically healthy and live a quality life without the added stress of costly medication.

The disadvantages of using a Victoza coupon

Using a Victoza coupon to save on the cost of medication can be a good option for some patients, but there are some limitations to consider:

  1. Limited Coverage: Victoza coupons may not cover the full cost of the medication. Patients may still be responsible for paying a significant portion of the cost out of pocket.
  2. Insurance Restrictions: Some insurance plans may not accept coupons, or they may have restrictions on the use of coupons. Patients should check with their insurance provider to ensure that they can use the coupon before relying on it to reduce the cost of their medication.
  3. Expiration Dates: Coupons have an expiration date, and patients may not be able to use them after they expire.
  4. Quantity Limitations: Coupons may only provide a discount on a certain quantity of medication or a limited number of refills. Once the discount runs out, patients may have to pay the full price for their medication.

While coupons can offer short-term savings, patient assistance programs can provide more sustainable solutions for managing medication costs. The Rx Advocates can help you apply to and qualify for these programs, which provide eligible patients with free or low-cost medication.

How much does Victoza cost?

As of January 2024, the average retail cost of Victoza is $1,303.00.

The price of this medication is dependent on the following factors:

  • The dosage amount
  • The location of the patient
  • The location of the pharmacy
  • Whether or not the patient has health insurance

This is a very expensive medication. If a doctor prescribes this to be used at least once a day, this medication will not last very long.

Victoza coupon & patient assistance program FAQ's

Victoza (liraglutide) injection is used to improve glycemic control in people 10 years of age and older with Type 2 diabetes. This medication should not be used to treat Type 1 diabetes. This medication is most effective when combined with a proper diet to help control blood sugar and an exercise regiment.

Victoza should not be used in the following situations: a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), patients with serious prior hypersensitivity to liraglutide, or hypersensitivity to any inactive substances in Victoza.

Victoza is very effective in treating Type 2 diabetes. It is important for people to give a complete medical history to their doctors so that they can determine if Victoza is a safe choice for them.

The alternative medications for Type 2 diabetes in the same class as Victoza include:

The Rx Advocates do not offer coupons. However, we want to explain how these coupons work. Many people will go online to do a google search for coupons for Victoza because it is a very expensive medication that they will not be able to afford to pay out of pocket for this prescription. Even with a coupon for Victoza, people will still pay a very large amount of money.

Other names for prescription drug coupons are:  copay cards, copay coupons, copay assistance programs, and pharmacy coupons. Coupons are usually only available for a limited time. They may help patients get started on a medication but after the first month, patients will have to spend full price on subsequent months.

Coupons do not cut the cost enough for patients taking Victoza. They still have to pay a very large amount of money out of pocket for this monthly prescription.

A prescription discount card helps to lower the monthly cost of prescription medications. These discount cards are most helpful to people who have to pay cash for their monthly prescriptions. These prescription discount cards do not cost anything and are helpful to people who have insurance and to people who do not have insurance.

Prescription discount cards work with various savings programs to negotiate drug discounts on medications like Victoza. Patients are able to obtain their medication at a lower price through the negotiation process.

The Rx Advocates’ goal is to do everything we can to help people obtain their monthly prescription medications at an affordable price. We understand how expensive prescription medications can be each month. Many people are not informed of the available patient assistance programs that can lower the monthly costs.

These programs can greatly benefit people with or without health insurance. The Rx Advocates takes away the stress and worries of people being able to afford their monthly prescription.

People never have to wonder if there are hidden service fees or extra costs. The Rx Advocates service fees are set dependent on the number of medications that you receive each month. If you need two, you will pay $90, for three you will pay $100, and for 4 or more you will pay $110. Please contact us today for assistance.
